Set a public hearing on May 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider an ordinance to amend the purpose of the Rotonda Lakes Street and Drainage Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU) to include beautification and landscape projects, to take place in Room 119, Commission Chambers located at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948.

Background:
The Rotonda Lakes Street & Drainage MSBU Advisory Board approved a project to construct and install community entrance signage and lights, requesting the Board of County Commissioners consider amending the purpose of the Rotonda Heights Street & Drainage MSBU to include beautification and landscape projects.
