Recommended Action:
a) Approve Cooperative Agreement between the SWFWMD and Charlotte County on behalf of CHNEP; and
b) Authorize Chairman to sign to sign Cooperative Agreement.

Budgeted Action:
No action needed. This is budgeted in the FY24 1026 CHNEP Fund. Grant funding is provided by Southwest Florida Water Management District in the amount of $130,000. There is a $56,000 county match that will be paid using CHNEP personnel funding.
