Tourism Development
a) Review and score Air Show In-Kind Funding Event Application; and
b) If an average score of 60 is reached, approve In-Kind Event Funding in the amount of $50,000 for the 2024 Florida International Air Show; and
c) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Event Funding Agreement.

Budgeted Action:
No action needed. Budgeted in the General Fund budget as proposed in the FY2025 budget process. Funding for the expenditure comes from the General Fund.

The Florida International Air Show is scheduled to take place November 2-3, 2024 (FY2025). The event organizer is requesting in-kind services in the amount of $50,000 to assist in offsetting event expenses.
